The management system identifies discrete stages that provide the framework of production which is applicable to all
media forms and paramount media production techniques.
Behind our production process is ongoing analyses, reflective thinking and evaluation, working under controls including time and budget.

These steps structure our media production techniques,
from initial concept to delivery and feedback
Discovery meeting
The discovery meeting is the first step to launch the media project.
Its objective is to confront ideas, ensure an excellent understanding between our
client, the creative and production teams.
Objectives, possibilities, limits, expectations and constraints are clear established.
The discovery meeting takes the dialogue initiated by the client’s initial request to
the next level and guides the whole development stage.
Pre-production – plan, plan & plan
Pioneering ideas, creative narratives, elite media production techniques, customer’s
intentions and outlook are the foundation of each project.
In this stage the media product is investigated and media type, style, location,
context, budget and time, are analyzed.
Equipment, materials and technologies are explored according to preplanned and
specific procedures.
Trials using materials, equipment and technologies are conducted to develop
understanding according to a planned process.
The pre-production stage is the time to finalize the general concept that will us guide through the media project.
It requires research and exploration of a number of implementations alternatives to express the client’s universe.
The production is planned considering specified audience and client’s objective.
The construction of the narrative type and style is planned, including how it will
engage, be consumed and accepted by the specified audience.
Production
The planned media project design is captured and recorded.
Comments may be added to the media production design created in relation to
media codes, clients’ agreement and feedback.
Our media production techniques are an interactive and collaborative process
involving a number of people with specific roles.
Reflection and evaluation of the media project will occur through written
documentation, oral feedback and/or visual feedback.
Post-production
The post-production stage consists of putting together the media product elements
to compose the final edit.
Audio synchronization, voice over integration, titles and subtitles insertion, color
corrections and other final touches will be achieved.
To give birth to a unique media product with an elite media production techniques.
Editing
Once the media product is completed, downloading the raw footage onto a central
storage location is carried as soon as possible.
The footage is copied onto a local machine and the editing will begin.
We use the latest software (Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D, Logic Pro) to edit our media
products.
We will use YouTube to allow clients to view drafts of their videos. This makes
suggesting any changes specific, precise, quick and efficient.
Delivery
Once the media product is approved as final and exported to the required formats
it is delivered to the client on a physical medium, (DVD, USB drive…) or via a large
format projection upload/download.
